We loved this hotel for many reasons. the stunning views from our room were breathtaking. Secondly, the hotel facilities were impeccable, and the cleanliness was outstanding. Thirdly, the location near the subway made it easy to travel around this city, and finally, the staff was knowledgeable and helpful, making our stay very enjoyable. Plus, the breakfast served was delicious and varied.

Couldn't stay longer!

During my Christmas stay, I was impressed with the panoramic views of the city from the upper floors. the location was perfect, as it was close to public transportation and several shopping options. the complimentary breakfast was a great way to start the day.

The language barrier made communication with the staff difficult at times. there were a few maintenance issues in the room and slow Wi-Fi.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Citizen's Center metro station, making it easy to get around. There are also two shopping malls nearby for those who want to do some shopping. the breakfast served at the hotel has a good variety of options to choose from.

The service at the hotel was below average.

The breakfast spread was diverse and the comfy bed made for a good night’s sleep. Convenient location near shopping centers and train stations.

The staff could benefit from more hospitality training and attention to detail, as our room was cleaned too early and we were disturbed. , some rooms lacked windows and smoking was permitted in the corridors, disturbing some guests.
